How to track monthly subs easily.

Managing your players’ monthly fees can become a cumbersome task. That’s why we’ve developed a user-friendly spreadsheet, designed in Google Sheets (which is free), allowing you to maintain a well-organized and transparent record of your team’s finances.

To get started, simply log into Google and make a copy of the document. Then, navigate to the SUBS tab where you can effortlessly enter the respective months, player names, and monthly subscription amount.

By selecting the options from the corresponding drop-down boxes, you’re good to go! Witness the totals automatically accumulate and transfer to the BALANCE sheet, ensuring accurate calculations.

Once you’re on the balance sheet, you have the freedom to input any sponsor contributions, funds raised, and even track your expenses. The document will handle the calculations for your opening and closing balances, saving you valuable time that you can dedicate to planning your next football coaching session.
